Prescott Market Condition:

The Prescott home real estate market is balanced and holding steady with the Sellers advantage increasing slightly. A balanced market has decent inventory and a healthy number of buyers. Although prices have slightly decrease over this month the sufficiently low-level inventory still slightly favors the Seller, and we can see that in the decrease of Days on Market as well. This is somewhat typical for this time of year, as we move into the holidays and closer to winter.  If interest rates creep back down, we are likely to resume an upward climb in pricing and see more activity.
